高速道路無料化は机上の空論です。

　よい例として今の宇都宮市やなにより中心市街地空洞化の理由などを考えればわかると思います。
　ストロー現象は地方中小都市を潰します。

　また、道路を一番傷めるのはトラックです。高速道路を利用すれば、その維持費はトラックの受益者負担です。無料になれば全然関係ない国民全員が負担者になります。
　これで公平といえるのかどうか。

高速道路は、そもそも償却期間が終了した後は無料化するという前提に基づいて建設されています。

また高額な高速道路料金は流通コストを必要以上に増やし、消費者の利益を損なっていることも事実です。

付加価値の高い製品・農産物を作っても、流通コストが高いために、最終需要地である都市圏において、安い輸入品にかなわない。地方経済を下支えする農村や中小企業にとっても致命的です。

ストロー効果や、補修代金の負担公平性の問題。問題は山積みですが、いろいろな場所でいろんな人が議論することで、国民全体にとって最適な解決策が導き出されれば良いと思います。
